Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Hi Jacksean,
Welcome!  Can you tell us a bit about your situation?  How old is your son?  What are you experiencing right now?

This site is excellent!  It has helped me a lot.  My BPD daughter is 19.  I have been using many of the lessons on the site (they are along the right side of this page).  They take time, but they are helpful!

Most of all, please know that you are not alone.  We are all going through different experiences with our kids.  This is a supportive place, with no judgement, so feel free to share as much and as often as you feel comfortable!
