Well an hour ago i failed to the NC and enter the app to see instagram stories annonimously from my ex uBPD gf.
All i saw was really crazyness. Foreign politics memes, aliens ____, she smoking pot (usual), telling everyone that dont become robots or they will be replaced, that she would like to be anormal forever, a gif of a battery decharging. All this ____ throu 2 AM.
Felt like i was seeing the insights of a madmen.
My T told me from the beggining that after the breakup (almost 2 months ago, get replaced 2 weeks after and i think thats finished), that she is goin 100% through MANIA. At first i didnt believe him, but time and time and it starts to makes sense too.
Anyone happened something similar? BPD with big signs of mania?

I can’t speak to mania I’m sure that another member can address. You said you got scared in your title at first I thought that you’re worried sbout her but you left her a few weeks ago maybe you’re worried and you feel guilty. You’re asking other members so it could be that you want to see if their exes’s got better.
