  it's me, Faith, checking in.  I haven't been around because I had a stroke at the beginning of this month so I need to focus on my recovery but I'm still around and still determined that we will all get through this very tough situation we are in loving people with BPD together.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

You’ve been on my mind since your return from Africa. I’m so very sorry to hear about your stoke. How incredibly scary that must have been. I’m praying now for your full recovery.

Oh Faith ,
I am terribly sorry you suffered a stroke!  I had assumed since you were promoted to Board Admin , you were just more behind the scenes on the boards.   
It is so great to hear from you. You are in my prayers. Rest and take care of you.
