I am grateful for this website, a therapist who recommended the book, "stop walking on eggshells," and for having 16 years of recovery in the Al-Anon family groups. The BPD information is new to me as my young marriage of 10 months has been effected by it. I need help and support and I am grateful to be here and meet more people who love someone with BPD.

Hello! I think I’m in the same situation. My marriage is only 10 months old as well, and my husband has BPD. I’m also reading Stop Walking on Eggshells. I’m hoping it’ll help me come to some conclusions and keep my own mental health from going down the drain. Way to go! (click to insert in post)
