I was married for 33 years when she left me a month ago.She said it was a great 2weeks of the new year then on jan 12 she said she was tired of walking on eggshells and left me one night.Been trying to talk to her but I just get so depressed for hurting her. Tried to talked to psychiatrists, but find it really hard too( i have BPD)Talk to him when he says things like I know how you feel .How can anyone know how I feel unless they have been thourgh it with  BPD. It has gotten so bad lately that I'm  drinking 2 bottles of vodka every night for the last week. I even wrote my suicide note this week, but didn't go though with it .because of my youngest daughter(she love guns and i didn't want to ruin that for her).I'M guess I'm  looking for a away to get thourgh this.

Hey man,

How are you doing today? I want to tell you that you're a good person and the evidence is in the fact that you recognize you need help.

I do not know how you feel. But I am familiar with a feeling of helplessness. And speaking from experience, I know that feeling will pass. Especially since you are actively seeking help, which a lot of people in your position aren't able to do.

We're here and we're listening. Let it out.
