Looking at them in the wrong way

One thing that triggers my uBPDh is how I look at him/ my expression when he's saying something to me.  I think he's already triggered already at that point, and the way I look at him is just another "excuse".  Like when you feel somebody is annoying, everything they do annoys you.  But I don't know how I "should" look... if I look at him directly (like I usually do when somebody is speaking to me), he will say I'm staring at him, and I'm looking at him like I don't agree with him, etc.  If I look away/ walk away he will say I am being rude.

Same here! I have perfected a half smile and head tilt. A bit like a faithful dog, but without the ears sticking up! My face almost never triggers my uBPDw now. It’s definitely worth trying.

Non BPDs would expect a face to match a context. But my uBPDw doesn’t. It feels odd at first.
