Over for good or just temporary?

My BPD ex has blocked everywhere and we are doing no contact, is it safe to say it’s over for good or this just temporary? Why would she also still be friends with my best friend on social media? Trying to understand this better.Yes I would love for her to come back

If she maintains visible contacts with your friends, you’re not in a no contact situation.

If she has narcissistic traits, perhaps her intention is to make your friends become her friends?   Or merely not your friends?  It’s the predictable resentment response.  Does she resent you for some reason (real or imagined)?

Yes, there’s a good chance you’ll get recycled - very common.

The question is:  why do you want to revisit and continue this?  Do you feel that there is a chance for a healthy relationship here?

I would like to think we could form a healthy relationship, when we started I knew nothing about BPD, but since she left I’ve tried to become more knowledgeable about it and understanding of her illness, she’s an amazing women and I won’t let a illness define he, I know that person who she was isn’t gonna be there again. I overreacted a few times, it was so out of left field and it killed me inside! Now for the friends part, it doesn’t really bother me, I was just curious to why.

Why does the social media connection bother you?

In my experience, some people are quick to "prune" their connections while others never do.

Hard for anyone here to say why your ex or your best friend are connected or remain connected.

How do you feel about it?  Do you feel that one of them should unfriend?  Are you concerned that there's more to it than a passive social media connection?  Is there anything in your history with your ex that's cause for concern?
