Help --Im so lost and hurt

my husband left me and my kids a week ago. I was at work and he pack up his truck and left--Im in Washington and he is in Texas

Im doing all i can not to fall apart.  I am working full time i need to provide or my family.  I got another job.  I am also trying to find another part time.  Im working out as much as I can at the gym.  I dont have an appetite and not sleeping much
