Very quick intro

Hi there,
I am not new to BPD type behaviors, but previously I have got by with what I have read and researched. I am very glad to find a support forum where others might be able to give me some insight or strategies in a high voltage situation.
I'm on my way to some much needed yoga and meditation and will return to this forum later today with a less addled frame of mind to seek guidance of those who have already gone along the same sort of road I am being forced along. Specifically - utterly distressed sister, her BPD type husband, our ailing mother, our recently deceased father, substantial amounts of money, me living on the other side of the Atlantic.
Thank you for being here.

Hi and
Glad you found us. It sounds like you have a lot on your plate. So, it is your sister's husband that you believe has BPD? Has he been diagnosed?
It would be great (after you have detoxed in yoga) to share more of your situation. I'm sure that our members here can provide the support and guidance that you need.
