It's been a while since I posted. Felt compelled to today.

My ex BPD (w/NPD traits), that never posted a single thing about our relationship has just posted that she's "in a relationship" with the new love in her life.

I can't help but laugh out loud about it. My next thought is, I hope it fails.

Don't really like thinking those thoughts because it's not that nice.

But then again, was she ever nice to me?

It stings a bit and I know I'll get over it.

Can't help but think it's been posted like that to pull at my heart stings... .

Anyone have some thoughts on this?

Thanks.

You don't have to hope.

She will suffer the same fate as you if she is lucky. There are worse fates than breakups with borderlines.

I know it hurts but at some time during your journey the hurt will turn to gratitude to be free of such a sick and twisted personality.

Now I'm getting angry and sad.

I wish I could let it all go and not care.

That action pretty much confirms she has BPD. History will repeat... .   the new victim will be painted black after a few months and will be discarded like toilet paper. Enjoy the drama... . Laugh and wait for the excitement when he is painted black and he will be licking his wounds... . poor guy... . I feel for him... . he just doesnot know he is drinking sweet poison just like we did.

Sweet poison is indeed what it was.

So many of us here have had that same thing happen!  We should start a club... .

The emotions are confusing aren't they?  You're devastatingly sad, but also angry, hurt, your self esteem takes a battering, you start wondering if she ever really loved you... .

One quote that helped me is "The best predictor of the future is the past"

Distract yourself - stay busy - spend time with friends.
