What's your relationship with anger?
I'm a beginner. I still find myself repressing anger ("good girls/boys don't"), or I'm not even aware that I *get* angry. Or, I explode/vent on people, as a surprise sometimes even to me, and I can't seem to control it. |

I'm learning. When I feel anger arising in me, I try to remember to ask myself what the anger is telling me about my needs, and either what action I need to take to resolve it, or how I might constructively express it. I still fall into old habits. |
