So sorry to hear that you are going through so much pain.
Are you going to a therapist? That was one thing that can help tremendously.
Secondly, emotions often become blocked and we don't know (or never learned) how to process them, There's a book called "Focussing" by Anne Weiser Cornell, which I use frequently to help me process difficult emotions like pain. Perhaps it something for you?
