Confused and uncertain

I have been married for almost six years and have made a decision to temporarily seperate if not permanently end the relationship.  I really just started doing research and think he is BP but is not diagnosed.  But by reading some books many things have been becoming clear and I am really just looking to understand things more and to feel like or to know that I am not alone. So not really certain what looking for other than maybe support.

I'm sorry for what you're going through but glad you have found a community where many of us have been through similar experiences, and we can learn from each other. Lots of members (including me) have similar stories.

Please tell us more about yourself, and your situation, as you get comfortable here. What is it that caused you to decide on a temporary separation?

There are good resources here and assistance finding the resources. I suggest you read the boards and the articles.  You will get a wealth of information, advice and support. I know your life is difficult now, but knowledge will help you make the right decisions. Please read the articles and workshops - they will give you some good skills at communicating.

Keep posting - it is very therapeutic, and you will be greeted by so many people with circumstanced similar to your own. You will be amazed. Take care of yourself.
