First, let me welcome you!  Struggling with putting the tools into action at first can be extremely difficult.  The first thing that needs to change is us and how we handle ourselves.  We have to lead our SO's in the r's and that can be overwhelming.  Can you give us some more info so that we can give more detailed advice?
